Building on the success of their Barista touchscreen coffee machine, Sage have created this stunning stainless steel Oracle Touch Automated Bean-to-Cup Coffee Machine, which is able to make you a café-style coffee in the comfort of your own home. Fabulously fuss-free, The Oracle Touch is an espresso machine that lets you also add super-silky, perfectly textured milk to your coffees just as if you had been to barista school. And, just like a commercial barista, you can make one or two coffees at a time, so theres no need to queue behind your partner while they make their morning brew.

Touchscreen menu

With a super-easy, swipe-and-select touchscreen menu, theres also a Quick Start guide with a step-by-step tutorial if you need a little extra help. Its ultra-easy to customise your drinks to suit personal taste, from the coarseness of the grind to the temperature or texture of the milk and fully customise your perfect coffee. You can even programme the Oracle to switch itself on at a particular time of day so as to speed up production of that life-saving brew.

Super-simple to use

Breaking down the essentials of a truly great coffee-shop coffee, Sages coffee experts realised it takes four key elements to make a deliciously smooth café-style coffee:

Automated grind, dose and tamp

A precision-weighed batch of your coffee beans is freshly ground by the integrated coffee grinder on demand for every single cup, and measured into a 22g dose a much larger dose than most home coffee machines, just like a trained barista would use and the Oracle Touch even tamps and trims the grounds for you, so all you have to do is clip the portafilter into place to make your coffee. The burr grinder has adjustable grind size and dose so you can create the perfect coffee for your taste.

Temperature

Precisely controlled, digitally monitored (PID) water temperature minimises fluctuations in temperature that will affect the flavour of your brew, matching the quality of coffee produced by professional machines. The Dual Boilers allow you to brew espresso and texture milk at the same time, speeding up the entire process.

Pressure

Every cup of coffee made by the Oracle Touch starts with a slow, low pressure pre-infusion to maximise flavour extraction, and then builds to 9-bar pressure just like coffee-shop machines to ensure a rich and creamy espresso, resulting in delectable black coffee that any pro barista would approve of.

Dual pump steam

If you prefer milky coffee, the Sage Dual Pump system can create hot textured milk while it brews your coffee. The steam wand can call on 15-bar pressure to create barista-quality textured milk to suit your chosen drink, and the super-smooth micro-foam will blend perfectly with the oils in your coffee to create a deliciously silky mouth feel. You get to select exactly how thick and creamy your perfect latte or flat white coffee will be for a drink thats perfectly tailored to your taste. It even self-cleans so you can enjoy your coffee straight away.
