The Impress Puck System

Sages innovative Puck System is made up of three key components: intelligent dosing, precision measurement and assisted tamping. The smart dosing system automatically works out and adjusts the dosage of coffee grounds, based on your last grind to reduce guesswork and deliver consistently good coffee. And with 10kg of pressure and a 7° barista twist for a clean tamp surface, youll get a precise dose and a nice even coffee puck each time, meaning less mess, as well as less fuss.

Integrated Conical Burr Grinder

With its 250g hopper and integrated stainless steel conical burr grinder, it lets you grind fresh coffee beans in your own kitchen. Almost every ingredient tastes better when fresh, and coffee is no exception. As coffee beans begin to release their natural oils as soon as theyre ground, this guarantees you the freshest possible coffee. There are 25 integrated grind settings, giving you complete control over the coarseness of your grind to suit your preference.

Consistent Results

After tamping, the built-in gauge lets you know when you have the correct amount of coffee in the portafilter and automatically remembers for next time, so you can enjoy a flawless brew every day. The Thermocoil heating system with PID temperature control ensures water is delivered to your grounds at exactly 93°C for a perfectly balanced flavour and better tasting coffee. Single and double filter baskets are included in the box, so you have everything to get you started, whatever you or your guests want.
