Ryvita Multigrain Crispbread is made with wholegrain rye and topped with five varieties of seeds and grains. All that flavour and crunchy texture combine to make the perfect snack. Every slice is baked with Rye to give you an easy way to get more goodness into your day. It’s rich in fibre, low in saturated fat and is a natural source of iron, magnesium and zinc. It is suitable for vegetarians and free from artificial colours or preservatives.
Ingredients
RYE (Wholegrain Flour, Bran), Toasted Seeds and Grains (18%) (Buckwheat, Brown Linseed, SESAME SEEDS, Kibbled RYE), Salt. Made with 75g of Wholegrain RYE flour per 100g of product.
Directions
Serve with your favorite toppings or use as a base for lighter lunches and snacks. Enjoy cold or with hot melted toppings.
