OMGTea AA is made with a combination of leaves from the first and second harvest and ground with a traditional granite stone mill, a process that takes more than an hour to grind 30 grams. This award-winning, high quality matcha tea is perfect for people who enjoy their matcha as a latte or smoothie and can also be consumed as a tea.
Directions
Sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha through a fine tea strainer into a cup. Add 2-3 oz (60-80ml) of hot water (80°C or lower). Whisk until smooth and frothy.
