Strawberry Syrup allows for simple innovation within a variety of mixed drinks from lemonades, iced teas, frappes, milkshakes, smoothies, cocktails and mocktails. Ingredients
Sugar, water, concentrated strawberry juice, natural flavouring, acid: citric acid, colour: E163. Strawberry juice: 18%.
Directions
Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 6 months.
