A treat for chocolate lovers Rabitos Royale were created by the Valero family in 1989. The Valeroís children now run the business. The chocolates are made where these figs are grown, in Extremadura southwest fig that inspired Valero family to make Rabitos is the Calabacita or “little pumpkin”. This exceptional variety of fig ripens with a gentle, honeyed flavour, plenty of natural sweetness and a tender skin. The Calabacita fig is a perfect partner for the rich filling – a brandy chocolate truffle. Rabitos Ice Cream Sundae Chill Rabitos Royale then cut into slices.
