This is a premium luxury product from Callebaut suitable for use as a topping on ice-creams, sundaes, mousses or anywhere you want a rich chocolate taste in a semi-liquid sauce. It comes in a squeezable 1kg plastic bottle, and can be used either hot or cold. Each bottle is 1L. –

glucose syrup 40.5%; water 24.5%; dextrose 10.0%; sugar 8.5%; fat-reduced cocoa powder 8.0%; stabiliser: sorbitol 5.0%; sweetened condensed milk (whole milk, sugar) 3.5%; gelling agent: E407 standardised with sugar <1%; preservative: sorbic acid<1%; salt <1%; vanillin <1%

Directions
